Let's start with the packaging, not much to protect the device inside the cardboard. Device looks different compared to the pictures. Cheap plastic, really light weight. As not much power when operating. I had one of these devices, sadly it turned defective and i had to return it for a refund. I purchased this as a replacement. Comparing the two devices leads me to this conclusion: this is a toy and not a decent vacuum cleaner. Not pleased with my purchase.
